transducers for plastic extrusion. Standard operation to 750*F (400*C).
Standard 0.5% and high accuracy 0.25% models with strain gage or
amplified outputs (0-5 VDC, 0-10VDC or 4-20mA). Pressure
only and pressure / temperature versions offered as well as special
models for high temperature, food and hazardous area applications.
Dynisco also offers ¼ DIN and 1/* DIN readouts with pressure limit
capability and outputs to feed recorders or data acquisition systems.

Dynisco Melt Pressure Gauges
Dynisco’s new family of mechanical pressure gauges for plastics
Extruders are the ideal choice for applications requiring a simple,
maintenance-free pressure indication. Polymer pressure is sensed
by a metal diaphragm, mounted flush with the inside surface of
the extruder Barrel and indicated on the readout gauge. Three versions
are offered for mounting flexibility. The TPG443R includes a Type J
thermocouple for melt temperature measurements.

Dynisco has a wide variety of robust Melt Temperature measurement
devices which are designed to measure temperature in the melt stream
for the Extrusion and Polymer Processing Industries. Select from the
wide range of instruments from the standard Melt Thermocouple to
specially designed Graduated Retractable Melt Thermocouple.

The new UPR700 indicator is a field programmable instrument with a
choice of 350 ohm strain gage transducer or common process current /
voltage inputs. A display of the process variable is shown on a bright
red five digit LED display as well as a 35 segment LED bar graph. A
second digital display will capture the peak reading, can be blanked, or
can be used as the display for an optional second process variable. The
UPR700 is the perfect solution for those who would like to have melt
temperature and pressure read out on one instrument.
